
Chili Mac
MINIMUM EQUIPMENT: 2 pots or 1 pot and a skillet, stove, serving spoon or spatula, food bowl.
MEAL PREPARATION
- Boil 2.5 quarts of water.
- In a bowl, pot, or your reusable food bag add torn-up marinara leather, garlic, and dried beef. Add just enough boiling water to cover the dry ingredients. Stir thoroughly, cover, and set aside for at least 10 minutes.
- You might need to add a little more water to your pot. Bring water back to a boil, add pasta, and cook until tender (8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add marinara sauce and thoroughly mix Ancho chili paste and chili powder into sauce. Stir thoroughly over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add sauce to macaroni and fold until pasta is fully coated. Top with jalapeño cheese, Tapatio, and serve!
One Pot Method 1 SERVING
- Boil 16 oz. of water. Add all ingredients to pot.
- Once your water comes to a rolling boil, add all ingredients to your pot.
- Continue boiling all ingredients over med-high heat for 10-12 minutes. Stir often.
- Top with Jack Cheese bombs and serve.
