
Caribbean Couscous
MINIMUM EQUIPMENT: Pot, stove, serving spoon or spatula, bowl.
MEAL PREPARATION
- In a pot, combine couscous, fruit nut mix, coconut milk powder, and sugar.
- Add just enough water to cover the ingredients. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring mix to a boil, cover and simmer. Cook couscous to desired tenderness (approximately 8 minutes) stirring occasionally
- Top with honey and serve.
TIP: Cover pot to decrease cook time and save fuel.
