This zesty pasta bowl with a blend of dijon mustard and garlic infused alfredo sauce will warm your belly after a day in the great outdoors. This dish is filled with organic spinach fettuccine, chicken, a blend of mushrooms, and topped with Parm cheese.

MINIMUM EQUIPMENT: 2 Pots, stove, serving spoon or spatula, bowl.
Boil 2.5 quarts of water. In a bowl or pot add dried veggies, chicken, and garlic, and cover with boiling water. Stir well, cover, and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
You might need to add a little more water to your pot. Bring water back to a boil, add pasta, and cook until tender (9-11 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Sauté veggies, chicken, & garlic in olive oil. Add Alfredo powder and 3 oz. water PER SERVING into the saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, stir in Dijon mustard, and simmer on low heat.
Combine Dijon cream sauce with pasta and stir until pasta is completely coated. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
TIP – Add some gourmet flare by rehydrating and sautéing garlic separately. It’s worth the extra step!
